Shipping & Delivery

Kosmomo Beauty is located in the United States. We provide domestic shipping service within the United States and international shipping worldwide. For details, please see the followings: 

 

United States (50 States & Washington DC)

  • 3~5 business days delivery, depending on the chosen shipping speed

  • Free standard shipping for orders over, including $99 (before tax & after any applicable promo code); no promo code is needed. 

  • Shipping fee varies from $3.99 to $5.99 for orders under $99 (before tax & after any applicable promo code) for standard shipping and varies based on weight for priority shipping and will be shown upon checkout. 

 

Please note that we cannot ship orders containing air-transport-restricted items such as aerosols and alcohol-based products through USPS priority shipping.

P.O. Box and APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses

International Shipping

​

We are excited to announce that Kosmomo Beauty now offers shipping to about 180 counties!😊 For a list of countries, please visit https://www.usps.com/international/mail-shipping-services.htm.

  • The shipping cost will vary depending on your order's destination country, weight, and size and will be shown upon checkout. Please note that if the shipping carrier can't be reached during checkout, a temporary shipping rate of $60 will be used at checkout. The rate is applied per order - NOT per product. Your final shipping cost will be determined when we ship your order, and rest assured that you will be credited any unused portion of $60 (if applicable) to your original payment method. 

  • Please note that orders will be shipped with different delivery carriers, for example, USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL, depending on the destination country. 

  • Please understand that we cannot fulfill any requests to combine separate orders.

  • For international shipments, someone may be required to be presented to provide a signature upon package delivery. Please provide a delivery address where someone can sign off on the package during local business hours.​ 

  • For international shipments, the recipient will be responsible for any failed delivery attempts due to the following reasons: the recipient is not present at the address, the recipient does not pick up the shipments from the postal service after a delivery attempt is made, the recipient does not reschedule the delivery with the postal service, or the recipient refuses to pay import fee. We will proceed with a refund for a package returned to us due to a failed delivery. Please note Kosmomo Beauty will excise a 20% restocking fee of the purchase price paid plus any applicable sales tax to the returned order. Please also note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

  • For international shipments, the recipient will be responsible for any import charge levied by the carrier, and/or taxes, tariffs, or duties levied by the destination country government, once the parcel reaches its destination. Please note that these charges are usually collected by the shipping agency/courier upon delivery and that Kosmomo Beauty cannot estimate the fees beforehand. For further details of fees, please get in touch with your local carrier and/or customs office directly. For any orders that get returned due to customer refusal to pay the import fees, Kosmomo Beauty will excise a 20% restocking fee of the purchase price paid plus any applicable sales tax to the returned order. The original shipping cost is also non-refundable.

  • Please note that Kosmomo Beauty will not be able to fulfill any requests to declare a value other than the total value of the order.

  • It is also strongly advised to check with local authorities on general item prohibitions & restrictions before order placement. Any costs incurred during the return of products to Kosmomo Beauty due to non-compliance with local authorities' requirements will be the sole responsibility of the international customer. Please note that there will be no reimbursement or refund if the customer decides to forfeit the products.

  • Please note that Kosmomo Beauty cannot ship prohibited and restricted items (such as aerosols or alcohol-based products). For a comprehensive list of prohibitions and restrictions, please visit https://www.usps.com/international/shipping-restrictions.htm.

  • Kosmomo Beauty will process international shipments within 24 hours of order placement (excluding weekends or US holidays). Delivery lead time may vary depending on the destination country.  Due to possible delays during customs clearance, please allow extra time for your order to arrive.

  • Carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx & DHL) may temporarily suspend international shipment acceptance for certain destination countries. Please contact us to confirm before placing the order if you are not sure. A refund processing fee, listed under Return & Refundwill be applied for any refund requests due to the suspended shipping service.

Parcel Forwarding Services

​

Kosmomo Beauty will not offer a replacement or refund for any damaged, defective, lost, or stolen packages during package transportation from an address that we reasonably believe belongs to the parcel forwarding company to the customer. We strongly recommend customer to provide a reliable address since an order addressed to a parcel forwarding company is placed at your own risk.

Multiple Shipping Addresses and Multiple Shipments

​

We are unable to ship to multiple addresses in a single order. A separate order for each address is required. Depending on item availability, multiple shipments may be sent by Kosmomo Beauty. An email notification and a tracking number will be sent once the items are shipped. No additional shipping fee will incur. Likewise, Kosmomo Beauty may combine multiple orders into one single shipment.

Kosmomo Beauty supports actions for a good environmental cause. Thus, your package may be sent in a recycled cardboard box. Rest Assured, all skincare products we provide are new and unused.

Tracking & Delivery

​

Once items are shipped, an email notification and a tracking number will be sent. A tracking number will also be available in the order history under your account. Please allow the carrier 2-3  business days to update tracking information. 

​

Lost, Damage & Stolen Packages

​

Lost Package:

A package is considered lost if it never is reported as "Delivered." This can also include if your order has been stuck in any shipping state OTHER than "Delivered." Please contact us if it is well passed the expected delivery date (usually 7 business days for domestic & 20 business days for international from the shipping date). Lost claim must be filed within the timeframe for it to be considered (15 business days for domestic & 30 business days for international from the shipping date). We will conduct a thorough investigation with the carriers and send a replacement if applicable.

Damaged Package:

If your package arrives damaged, unusable, or otherwise unacceptable, please contact us immediately. Please include pictures of the item(s) AND the packaging. Damaged claims must be filed within 5 business days from the date it was marked delivered. We will conduct a thorough investigation with the carriers and send a replacement if applicable.

​

Stolen Package:

A package is considered stolen if the carrier has marked "delivered" with a recorded time, location, and delivery date but is not received. We apologize if you have not received your item as indicated. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can't find it.

We would recommend doing the followings:

  • Check with others in your household that may have accepted the package.

  • Check with neighbors, as carriers may misplace the package in a nearby house.

  • Check the following areas, as the carrier may have placed it in a safer location: the Mailbox, Porch, Garage, or Any area out of potential weather hazards, Exterior doors, and any locations where the package could be placed. 

  • We also highly recommend calling or going to your local USPS office in person, as they are the ones that handle area-specific delivery.​

 

In rare cases, the package may show as 'delivered' but could take additional 24 hours. If it has been over 24 hours from the 'delivered' status, please contact us and send a service request to the corresponding carrier. Upon investigation, if the carrier misplaced the package, we will send a replacement if the package is irretrievable. If the carrier confirmed and had proof that they delivered the package to the correct address, any stolen package will unfortunately not be eligible for a replacement or refund.  We highly recommend our customers:

  • Follow package tracking

  • Put security measures in place 

  • Use a porch lock box 

  • Coordinate with neighbors

  • Leave instructions to conceal the package

  • Plan to be at the address to receive the package 

  • Get packages delivered to a safe address

Business Days & US Holidays

​

We understand how much you want your package! All orders will be processed within 24 h and ship Monday - Friday 9 am-3 pm EST, excluding federal holidays within the United States. If the order is placed after 3 pm EST, it will be processed the following business day.
