* If you order contains both In Stock and Pre-order items. In general, we will split the order into 2 shipments. In stock items will be dispatched as per our usual processing timeframe and pre-order items will be sent out when all stocks in the same invoice have arrived. This only applies to orders within the United States. No additional shipping fee will incur.

We ensure that our skincare products are genuine and designed for nearly all skin types. However, since different skin types and conditions may react differently to a particular ingredient, we always suggest reviewing the listed ingredients of products (or contact us) to help you identify any sensitivities with certain ingredients. Here are a few aspects where professional skincare products are different:
 
 • Professional products have limited productions and accessibility 
 
OTC skincare products are cheaper as they are produced in large batches and the savings are passed on to the consumer. They are generally available at counters and shopping malls.

Professional skincare products are produced in smaller batches with fresher and more precious ingredients with fewer preservatives. These products are generally available in dermatology or spa/ beauty salons.

With consistent use, it will even the skin tone since it inhibits the over production of melanin, which is the substance in the body that produces pigmentation in/on the skin. We always advise our customer to use sunscreen to block uv rays, as it works as the catalyst for the increased production of melanin.
